> 3 dayInstructions are poor. You have to use a tool for step 2 but it doesnt say that in the guidance. You can infer it by the diagram and thats how I figured it out however step 1 clearly states you must use tool x so why not say you must use tool y in step 2? Laziness. Also the feet, head and side binders are really cheap feeling however its a reasonable trade off because this thing is heavy so that corner cut does at least keep the weight down. Now the good. The phone holder is extremely solid and well built. I dont think the phone will disengage from it. Its a good bike or motorcycle phone holder/mount with some cheap concessions and documentation ommisions.

> 3 dayI am blown away how good this product is. iPhone 14 Pro Max in a case going 130+ on the highway on my ninja 600 and this phone holder didn’t even shake the slightest. I really can’t believe how good it is. Very heavy duty.

> 3 dayI wanted a mount that protected my phones hardware from vibrations and I think this is my guy. The mount is easy to install and easy to remove, it does remain pretty sturdy and it holds the phone pretty well. I have it on my bike for a while now and my phone showed no signs of any movement or vibration damage and I can trust this mount to hold my phone very safely and I know it will not fall from it. This mount is exactly what I was looking for in a long time. I am glad I found this.

> 3 dayHeld cellphone on a 98-mile two-way trip doing an average of 80MPH (65-90 zones). Its been rained on a couple of times and there are no signs of rust anywhere, no signs of discoloration from sunlight exposure, etc... Theres honestly nothing negative to say about this product. Highly recommended.

> 3 dayThis thing is awesome. It’s super sturdy, doesn’t vibrate hardly at all and holds my iPhone 12 Pro Max very well. It was easy to install and there’s all kinds of adjustments to get everything just right. Even with the vibration of my Harley I don’t have any issues. Highly recommended!!!

01-11-2024Very heavy, well made 100% metal. Great holder holds phone tight on rough back roads, unlike most other holders it dont vibrate bad on my harley. I would definitely buy again and recommend.

> 3 dayItem seems to be tough, and stable. The security tool is a joke for someone with arthritis. Plus tightening the safety screw makes the whole thing move from where you placed it. Item arrived very fast and mounted on my Harley easy enough with 4 hands. Will by another one for a son.

01-11-2024The unit appears well made and a little on the heavy side so I guess that is a plus. I measured my handle bars on a BMW k1600b and they were 3mm below the fitment size. I thought I could put electrical tape on the handlebars to make up the difference. Wrong! The weight of the holder causes it to rotate as the layers of tape slip. Tried to go to Home Depot to get some rubber to put under but could not find anything. The bushing material must be a little on the hard side in order for it to grip. Searched the internet for the correct bushings and found by Tackform which has the 7/8” bushing. So…my question to the supplier…why don’t you provide the 7/8 along with the phone holder. It would open up sales to a larger number of bikes and reduce returns and save headaches for purchasers. Three bushings retail for $6 so say one costs maybe $2 retail. Maybe cheaper wholesale or your current supplier gives you it for free or you change supplier for the bushings.

> 3 dayI wish there were different colors choices after buying the black it came and I thought it seemed to bluish to me which is not a color I want. I was about to get the other color since there’s only two options but by that time they raised the price.. I get that it unique and seems very well built. But I thought the original price was a bit much it has a lil weight to it which gives me the impression that it can withstand some serious beating and will keep your phone safe but I don’t know what to do except wait and see it the price will ever go down. I do like that the piece to go over the handle bar is a decent size though if you have a bigger handlebar you might have some issues getting it on. All the pieces were carefully crafted and I like the versatility of being able to bend and twist it any which way you want and locking it in the different sections however, in whatever position you want to. Depending on how small, cluttered, or curvy your handlebar is.. it will fit somehow.

Greater than one weekI’ve only had this a few days but it is sturdy and looks like it will hold up. The top and bottom clips hold my phone securely even with my otter box case on the phone
