> 3 dayThis is a very solid, highly functional, and aesthetically pleasing laptop stand, completely adjustable so that I can put the top of the screen (and the camera) right at eye height for ergonomic and Zoom meeting optimization. I do use a separate wireless keyboard and mouse with my laptop, but holding the laptop keyboard at a slant above desktop level still allows me easy access to the keyboard, touchpad and touchID button. Very happy with this purchase!

> 3 dayI did a lot of research and I read many reviews. I bought this laptop stand because of the heat vent and the issues everyone had with the non-heat vent version. The stand arrived on time, well packed, no damage from postal service. I put everything together with no problems other than one of the leg mounting screws was loose and missing the battery operated quartz motor. The stand started on first pull, but had no pressure. I have a Hydraulic Pressure Test Kit here at the house, and the only thing I could see was that the stand was not cooling properly. I used a 3btm pressure test and could never get the readings Boyata advertised. Another issue - the user manual has some trouble shooting steps, but sadly none of these worked. I have an eye for detail and I followed all the steps, and the only thing I can conclude is that the pump does not pump. I realize the best thing to do is reach out to customer service, she (Brenda) was very nice. However, her recommendation was for me to take the unit to a local repair store to see if they can adjust the leg mounting pump. My question is, how does a pump come from the factory untested? I just paid $36.99 for a what I consider a high end Boyata. I do not want to suggest this is a negative review, but there are several reviews on other Boyata laptop units that were received DOA. I was hoping and praying it was only the lower end laptop stands. Could this be a problem within Boyata? Is this a reliance upon Chinese manufacturing? I understand these questions affect company competitiveness. My concern is perhaps we are not focused on building a quality laptop stand.

> 3 dayOne of the first adjustable holder that adjust both in height and angle, while still sturdy. Hinges are strong but still stylish. Great bang for the buck!

> 3 dayI love this stand. It is well built and sturdy. With my last one, the laptop kept slipping off of it because the base rest plates would bend. With the thickness of these base plates, I do not believe I will ever have that problem with this stand!
