> 24 hourThis shower rod came with adhesive rod holders and screws with wall anchors, but I did not use either of those. The rod is not like tension shower rods I have used before, this rod screws out to the width you want it and stays put, where other tension rods I used you have to pull them apart to the width you want and then use the tension function in the middle of the rod and then unscrew the end to make it tighter and that never seems to stay put for very long, especially with pulling the shower curtain open and closed. The rod had a good weight to it, much heavier than the cheap one I had from a big box store I wont mention, and the shin/shine was nice. The curtain brackets/holders were a little less impressive, but they serve their purpose, look nice and glide gently. The price of this was about $5 more than if I were to get one from the big box store, but well worth it for the quality and additional supplies that are included with it. I give this shower rod a solid 5 stars! :-)

> 24 hourMy house has a 30 year old tension rod thats fallen several times recently, so time to replace. This one... twist-twice-twist ... and its installed! If only more could be so easy. Looks much better than the old one and much sturdier. But also... this comes with mounting brackets, in case even more stability is wanted. Also, it comes with matching curtain hangers, something I didnt expect. Highly recommended.

> 24 hourWe’ll see how well it holds up but this shower rod looks nice out of the box. The end bits look a bit plastic-y but the metal rod is nice and shiny and the curtain fasteners it comes with move back and forth smoothly enough. It’s nice that it comes with gear to properly install seats on the walls to hold the rod up if you don’t want to rely on pressure/tension to keep it in place. But screwing stuff into the walls seems like too much trouble and I’m lazy, so we’re just using tension to keep it in place. My only complaint is that it is really jangly sounding when moving it around, like there are lots of loose springs or wires inside. And the mechanism for lengthening the rod felt a bit unsturdly. It doesn’t make a lick of difference now that it is in place and unmoving but all that noise made me feel as though the construction might be slipshod and not terribly dependable. So far though, it looks nice and it seems to be holding up just fine.

> 24 hourI received this product for review, I was not paid to review it. Product feels very solid. Was very easy to install, threading the rod out to make it long was smooth, tight, and gave it a good fit. I didnt need to included mounting brackets because our tile created a natural lip for it. The brackets are fairly thick, solid plastic and have adhesive backing, as well as screw holes, so should provide good mounting options. The rod has a plastic sleeve for the curtain hooks to roll over nicely. The kit comes with black curtain hooks, but we used silver ones because we thought they looked better with our curtain. The hooks do match the rod well. Overall a very good product.

> 24 hourThis shower curtain rod looks good, is well built, and comes with everything you may need: hooks for hanging the curtain, non-slip ends, as well as rod holders for both ends (that could be screwed-in) - in case youre using it for heavier curtains and need more stability. I used it in my bathroom for the shower curtain and lining: I could easily install it in just 2 mins, and it stays firmly in place without using the rod holders.

> 24 hourThis is a fine product with one exception -- the supplied screws are poor quality and I was able to rip the head off of one just using a hand-driven screw driver. Just use your own screws if you need to install the end holders. After I got it installed the curtain clips move very freely along the rod and with the end holders the rod was very secure.

> 24 hourThis is a good, sturdy tension rod that holds our storage area curtain well. The product description says you can use it indoor or outdoors, but we will be using it indoors. The curtain rod is supposed to hold 33 lbs, and I do not think our curtain weighs that much. However, the tension rod is holding well, and the flat black looks really nice with the new curtain. All my other rods are 1-inch diameter, and this one appears to be smaller than those, however, I dont believe any one will notice.
