Works great for what it is, I like these smaller sized shaker cups for preworkout and after drinking that I reuse it and make my post workout protein drink before hitting the gym so as to have it ready to go. Easier to get a quick shake and break up and not to mention clean. I have larger ones but in general these are my go to’s.

I use it for my Protein Powder. No leaking and so easy to drink from. I like it!!

Does not leak, very durable when dropped, and easy to clean. I use these for my meal replacement shakes, 12 oz is more than enough. Most shakers I’ve had in the past were 16-20 oz shakers, too big.

Awesome blender bottle, super easy to use and cleans well in the dishwasher. Sometimes the lid is a little difficult to open with my joint issues, but its still a great product. I love the green color. :)
