    Excellent for use with nutritional power supplements. Shake to mix is perfect. Just fill it with water, add the powder, and shake. If youre like me and just sip here and there, its helpful to simply shake a couple of times to remix the powder thats settled at the bottom.

    Love these shakers, great quality, no retention of food flavors etc. è been using just one daily for years, handwashing it so it would be ready for the next morning.
