This product is amazing! I just got it today and started using immediately. I did, however loose suction a couple of times and I just turned it off then back on again. It cleaned up old pet stains that I have literally tried everything to remove.

This machine did a good job removing the stains and dirt from installed carpeting in my home. I was shocked to see how dirty the receptacle water was ( I’m in a rental and who knows how long the carpets have needed cleaning?). Word to the wise: if you’ve been spot cleaning with canned or bottled cleaners start with just plain water in this machine because it really soaks the carpet and will stir up whatever is already there, and you’re gonna see that stuff bubble up! In other words get the old cleaners out of the carpet with water in the machine before you use one of the Bissell cleaners. Also be careful not to use a Bissell solution that is made for an upright model. For some reason this portable machine needs its own type of cleaner, two samples of which are included. Neither solution eliminated the cat urine smell completely, but they did take care of the dog urine very well. Since it must stay on the floor while you use it, tackling the carpeted stairs will be a two person job for me for safety reasons. I’m expecting good results because the attachments are perfect for getting into the crevices of the stairs. I would buy it again.

I have two dogs, two daughters and and two flights. This machine is awesome! Easy to use, sturdy, quality product, and does such a great job cleaning my steps. The cord lasted the entire flight and then some. The unit fits on a step so you don’t have to hold it. It is the easiest machine to clean up after use. I feel like the carpet on my steps has been renewed. Happy with this product!

Light weight, compact and easy to clean. It really sucks up all the moisture and the carpet dries quickly.

This machine is so great. Its gets your carpet so clean. I bought it for my stairs and its amazing. I absolutely love it. The only issue is I was sent a used one and have to exchange it. One thing I found so helpful is to use the deep clean brush and then use the other brush to suck up all the remaining water. The smaller one has a more powerful suction but the deep clean really breaks up the dirt. Just something that worked great for me. If youre one the fence about buying it, do it. Its so worth it.

I hope this helps someone because I was going insane trying to remove stains from my headboard! I have a cream colored headboard that got stains from leaning your head on it over time. i tried every YouTube tutorial I could find to get the stains out, every TikTok cleaning hack as well, to no avail. I finally caved and got the Bissell steam vac. You have to go over the stains a few times if the stains are old like mine were, and they do come off! You can also spray Folex and use the Bissell. This has also been great for my area rug and couch. Hope this helps!

I had the old Little Green portable steamer by same company for a long time. After 15 years, it was time to get a new one (rubber seal failing underneath and sprayer stopped working 2 years in). I love this new PetPro Little Green model!!!! Its so much better than the basic Little Green version from same company. I especially love that the lid for the dirty tank is on top rather than underneath so theres no chance of dirty water leaking onto floor when I remove the tank for emptying. Its really easy to carry around and to empty the dirty tank. It also wraps up better. If youre on the fence between the two models (Little Green vs. Pet Pro Little Green), this one is a far superior design and at least equally good at cleaning the mess.

I used the old Bissel Green machine for years until the pump went out. Loved it. This replacement fits my needs better in several ways and I am quite pleased with it.

I have owned two Little Green Machines over the past decade or so. They were little troopers and got the job done, for the most part. I had issues, over time, with leakage and, with the second machine, spent time disassembling it, locating the issues and make-shift repairing them--this was after several years of use. I think they are, overall good values, and I did use them at least once a week. I think with this kind of usage, two to three years should be your expectation before they start to have issues. I just received the Little Green Pro after deciding it was finally time to stop futzing around with the geriatric LGM. I have no idea what the long term resilience is going to be but I expect it to be far superior. The design and engineering is of an order of magnitude better than the LGM and I can definitely see where they addressed shortcomings. As to performance, there really is no comparison. It is noticeably more powerful in its extraction and much easier to clean. I have no reservations in saying, spend the extra money and have a better engineered and performing machine.

This little machine definitely has suction power. I had to go over some heavily stained areas 3-5 times but it worked! Our sofa looks brand new. The entire couch dried in 5 hours. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the length of the hose was inconvenient. About 12 inches longer would have helped.
