Picture quality is okay.. a lil fuzzy on fast scenes but does okay.. family enjoyed it. However, I had to plug in my brothers sound bar for volume. With nothing plugged in.. the sound is so faint and you have to sit by it to hear anything.. so dont eat loud food like chips or popcorn. I tried the Bluetooth to my portable Bluetooth speaker and it connected but sounded so very low.. as if it were far away. So I charged up my speaker thinking that was the problem, unfortunately I was wrong. So then I thought maybe my speaker is broken, after all it had been a long time since I had used it. So I went and bought a new one, keep in mind I bought a new speaker that cost $25 plus tax. It was the cheapest the store had at the time. So I took it home and connected it through Bluetooth, unfortunately, it had the same results. So then I realized its the projector with the problem. I went to visit some family and I tried Bluetooth into their speakers, exact same results. Very very very low. Like you literally have to hold speaker up to your ear to hear anything. So then my brother brought out his soundbar. He plugged it into the projector, and what do you know.. it worked finally. Only thing I hated about that is that I had to keep the sound bar plugged in next to the projector. I wanted to use Bluetooth to put the soundbar behind us as if we were in a real theater. But luckily with the sound bar the volume worked very well. Worked like it was supposed to. Second thing I didnt like was since I couldnt use Bluetooth option .. That meant more cords and things to plug in. Its an eye sore. And more to deal with. The 3rd thing I didnt like was each time I turned the volume up or down a super loud female robot voice would announce it during movie.. VOLUME UP! VOLUME UP! VOLUME DOWN! VOLUME DOWN! its annoying. And the last thing I did not like.. was having to adjust the picture quality every time I put in a new movie or when I had to go to menu settings. I could be watching a movie just fine with good quality, but if I paused it and clicked on menu settings, sometimes I had to adjust the quality in order to read the menu settings clearly. But its not a big big deal because its not hard to clear it up.. its very simple to adjust.. just a few seconds. Other than the Bluetooth not working, its not a bad purchase.. picture quality is good.. I displayed it on the side of my brothers trailer. Everyone loved it. I played every famous Christmas movie on Christmas for the whole family to watch outside and play Christmas games outside. It played the Grinch with Jim Carey very clear and the Grinch in cartoon very good. Bright quality.

We’re planning to use it in our garden for movie night for the neighborhood kids. We set it up before the movie night and everything went well. My dad especially loved it. He has millions of dvd. We used our laptop and we had no problem. It comes with a lot of stuff plus a bag. I think it’s very cute.

I purchased this to use as an entertainment system for my kids to use on camping outings with friends. We are located in the northern states so outside camping is very hit or miss in the winter months, but the pre-holiday pricing was hard to pass up! Upon unboxing I verified everything was included and got to setting it up indoors in our basement. If you have used a projector previously there is nothing unique you need to know to get this up and operational. I had it up and running within minutes. I also had an offer enclosed inside the box to redeem for a free 84” screen. The picture is great if you can operate it outside of being in a room with daylight. At nighttime outside, or in a dark room the picture is amazing! Using during the day or in a light room it is still usable but does wash out. I had tried a few PowerPoints that did not have strong contrast between the text and background and they were a little difficult to see in the daylight. I do believe that this is expected behavior for any projector. The external Bluetooth speaker option is great. The projector does have a fan that runs to keep the unit cool, therefore the internal speaker always must work to be louder than that. I connected to an external speaker and it made it much easier to hear, plus allows you to sit further away from the projector unit and closer to the actual sound. The amount and type of inputs is great as well, no fumbling around with connectors to try to hook up different types of video equipment. I have tested the HDMI with multiple laptops, streaming devices (ROKU, FireStick, ChromeCast) and console DVD players and have had no issues. My favorite feature is the ability to use memory media such as USB sticks and the microSD card. This allows me to bring digital copies of what I want to watch along with us without worry of damage to the discs. One item I would note from the description is it states it comes with a charging cord which could be somewhat confusing as there is no onboard battery. This actually comes with an AC adapter cord to power the unit, but it is a 12vdc barrel plug connection and could likely be powered directly from a deep cycle battery - this will be an upcoming test since some of our campouts are at non-electric sites. Overall a great projector for the price!

This projector is definitely not worth more than the lightning price of $118. I only received this a couple of days ago, so I cant speak to the longevity of this projector, but I can share my observations regarding its performance. So, the things that I like are the built-in DVD player, the lens cover and the carrying bag. The things I dont like are the zoom feature - if you use it whatever ratio/zoom setting you put it on it is then projected onto your screen, with NO way to remove it. Ive checked the menu and settings page and written the seller with no answer or resolution provided. The only work around I have found is simply to not use it and move the projector closer or further away. The bluetooth feature has worked, but the sound using it and when plugged into the headphone jack resulted in a buzzing sound. The other thing to note is, if using it with a firestick or roku, when looking at the menu features built into those, it is impossible for all the text to be in focus. If the bottom part of the screen was in focus then the upper portion was not. I guess this is why it states in the description that it is not recommended for PowerPoint presentations. I also found it interesting when looking up this company that Fangor actually comes up on the page. If youve been shopping on Amazon for a projector its quite likely you came across this brand. Apparently, they are one in the same. Now, what I found most interesting is they dont even show BIGASUO projector anywhere on their product page and they only have two projectors listed. Just seems odd to me. Anyway, thats the good and the bad based on using it once. Update: The company has reached out to me after becoming aware of my dissatisfaction and I have to say their customer service has been great; albeit a little slow. I have increased the rating of this product.

My wife and I spent almost an hour trying to get this machine to work, and she is very good at setting up electronic equipment. We were trying to get it to project single photographs off an iPad. I was using an HDMI cord. I could not get the projector to respond, no matter how many buttons I pushed, or how many connections I tried, or how many other ideas I tried. After plugging and unplugging it several times we finally got it to project the photographs. What a pain! One suggestion: when you think the set up is correct for the cords, follow the instructions for pushing the buttons, which is weird, and then push the button for each step, and WAIT. Wait for a few seconds because the projector does not respond quickly or well. Make sure you push the whatever out of the button when you push it down. A quick or light tap will not trigger the machine to react. Once the menu is projected and you are clicking the small arrows up down and sideways, wait until the unit responds on the screen. Try to make sure you hit the button firmly. Another pain is, if you wait too long to hit the buttons after the menu is on the screen the menu goes away. It actually goes away fairly fast. If that happens you have to start from the beginning. Once your picture is on the screen, wall, or whatever, there will be a series of buttons along the bottom of the screen. So, make sure the projector is adjusted so you can see the bottom of the projected picture with the buttons. I found that trying to move along the bottom buttons was a chore because the machine did not respond to many of my clicks. IF you are projecting from a micro SD card you will see a button along the bottom that allows you to reduce the size of the picture. I was able to reduce the size below what I could achieve on the iPad. You would have to transfer your photos to a micro SD card before projecting them, but that may be a necessity if you need smaller pictures like I do. The projected photo is good enough quality for my purposes. You can see the picture without all the lights off and curtains closed. I can see the picture in the daylight without any lights on as long as my blinds are closed. Compared to other photo projectors I have used, which contain a huge lightbulb and a prism to throw the printed photo, this one is quite strong. Getting the picture small enough to fit on an 11 x 14 area is impossible. The smallest picture I could get was about 18 x 24. As a result, projecting an entire photograph from an iPad, and getting as close to the wall or canvas as possible, even the smallest picture will be blown up to a large size. It would be OK if you were trying to crop a photo or pick out a small area of a photo, but that is about it. While the artograph prism projector does get a much smaller photo projection, it is also much weaker. The artograph prism has a big bulb that gets the projector extremely hot. You can actually burn yourself on it. The artograph is also far larger unit, and a person must work from a printed photo because it is not digital. This Bigasuo projector is small, stays cool, and the picture is bright. A lot brighter than the artograph prism. The sound isnt loud to me, but the projector noise was irrelevant to my use. I have heard others that were much louder. Other problems with this projector include, but are not limited to, the buttons are the same color as the projector, and the symbols telling a person what the button does are very small, mysterious, and not raised above the button much. The small, same color as the machine, buttons make it hard to adjust the projector. The amount of focus is slim. If the lens was able to focus closer the user could make the picture smaller, which would be useful for people like me who want a small bright image. The HDMI cord is a problem, plus the manufacture gave us two HDMI connections. And they are not labeled number 1 and number 2. Why? Why not another USB port or a full size SD slot? The micro SD slot is a pain. The micro SDs are so small I cannot handle them well. I keep dropping the things. Why not use a full size SD slot and allow the user to put the micro SD into an adapter to use the micro SD? I have not tried to use the streaming or video/movie functions. I have not tried to use the CD functions. I cannot say how long the projector will last. Overall, I think the projector is worth the price and should work well for family use. AD2

We have been contemplating getting one of these for the past couple of summers and finally decided to bite the bullet and purchase. After reading a ton of reviews, etc. we decided that this was our best option. At our house, we have challenging cell signal and our Wi-Fi doesnt reach as far as we want, so we knew this one with a DVD option was the style we needed. It plugs in, so make sure you have a long enough extension cord. No batteries to worry about (except the AAA for the remote - batteries not included). With our signal being unpredictable, its nice that its not wireless. This comes with a few cords you need, a tripod to stand on, and a great protective case to keep everything together. The picture quality is awesome, and the sound is good for indoors (like if youre in a basement or movie room or something), but definitely needs more sound when outside. I plugged in a set of computer speakers and they worked wonderfully! I did try to hook up my JBL Bluetooth speaker, but couldnt get sound out of it one connected. Ill keep troubleshooting with it. I only have one negative that I could say about it as of right now, after only having it a few days. I love that it allows you to hook up your phone so you can watch from your streaming services, but what I didnt realize until I looked more into the manual, was that you need a special cord that is NOT included. For iPhone its a lightning to HDMI adapter, and I cant recall the name of the cord needed for Android users. From what I can tell, the cords are $15-20 each right through Amazon, and I found one for $17 that can be used on iPhone or Android (instead of having to purchase multiple). Pictures attached are from trying in the house (movie: Enchanted), as it has been raining and I cant get outside just yet. Super happy with the picture quality (it may look pixelated in the second image but thats only because we didnt pause the movie before taking the picture, so shes just in motion) and excited for this weekend when well be outside making smores and watching a movie. Truly a great purchase for our family!

I ordered this projector on Wednesday and got it Thursday night. It comes with everything that was in the description and it has great quality picture. The fan is low which is good so you barely hear it. I recommend you use a Bluetooth speaker or sound bar for the audio, I use a sound bar and the Bluetooth works great. The dvd player works great as i tested a movie on it and it played good, just remember to take out the card before placing the dvd in. Please read the instructions it’s really simple to follow and it doesn’t hold a lot of information to be having you read a long time it’s fast and simple. Highly recommend this projector.

So, I dont normally get this excited about a product, but after purchasing two projectors that cost cause me more aggravation and lost time trying everything I could think of to get them to work on the night we had an outdoor party, this projector absolutely put those to shame. The first ones I purchased were the WiMiUS 7200 Lux and the QKK Mini Projector 5500. Both were horrible experiences because it is like they did not think things through when they developed them, but this projector solved everything in one shot. First, those other two did not have any kind of bluetooth speaker connectivity like this one has and neither had a good enough speaker to be able to hear them well. There was no way to connect audio to the projectors unless you had a full wired speaker with power set-up. My bluetooth speaker speaker worked perfectly with the Bigasuo (funny name, but I wont forget it anytime soon now). This fantastic little projector had it all going for it. First, it comes with a great carrying case, which is a nice touch, but more importantly, you have every way to connect to watching movies or anything else for that matter and it is so much more simple. The DVD player is a great way to get going immediately, which is not a part of the other projectors I researched. The keystone to make the screen angle correctly is a simple knob that you turn right behind the projector, so you dont have to play with the settings to fix this quickly. The brightness may be a bit less than the 7200 Wimius, but it was not even been a factor to consider, since it looks so clear overall. lastly, the tripod makes it so much easier to get the right angle, which was the most frustrating part of getting those other two projectors to line up well with the screen. This one has an easy lever to even it out in just a few seconds, where as I never fully got the other two projectors to line up correctly using everything I could think of, such as books and such. I normally do not like to buy made in China products because of the quality and such, but even without using this for a long time, the thoughtfulness they put into this product makes me feel like they made a product that will last. Give this one a try and you will not be disappointed!

Originally bought projector 1 1/2 years ago because it was the only one available that had built-in DVD player. Plays DVDs fawlessly. Connects to Bluetooth speaker (Bose) automatically after pairing. Been a wonderful player for movie night with the grandchildren. Just got an analog to HDMI converter. I can now play my old VHS tapes which works great and sound is thru Bose speaker. Different era, but seeing old VCR recordings is special. Yes, the fan is a bit noisy, but that is small consideration. The ability to play DVDs directly and VHS tapes with converter and connect to Bluetooth speaker makes this an extraordinary find. If you are all into streaming, this is not for you. But it you still believe there is value in having a tangible assest, be it a VHS tape, DVD, or even a book, I would highly recommend.
