BI protein products are phenomenal. I use muscle provider rite after training. Provozyn as a snack a few hours later and ump before bed. Only protein Ive ever seen a noticeable Change in muscle fullness but staying lean at the same time. Question Im asked is youre getting bigger up top but smaller on bottom how do you do it. I bought it based on the reviews. Delicious! I wish I was more consistent in drinking it everyday. I totally recommend it.

Most protein products taste chalky but this one, at least in the vanilla flavor with Beverly is great. My neighbor, who is a physician, recommended it to me. He looked at the technical things I dont understand and said this was the best. I agree so far and Im 4 weeks into using it. It may not be cheap but its good.

I love ump protein and this is definitely good; however the flavor isn’t my favorite. I’m not a huge chocolate fan but overall it’s still good
