I dont know what this company means by pigmented but this is just Not it! Very disappointed and would not recommend unless its all you can afford. Youre just as well off to buy drug store brands because these arent any better.

Great value for the money. Beautiful array of mostly neutral colors with some matte and some glittery options. Nice pigmenta that work smoothly whether applied wet or dry.
