I bought this because it has no sugar or artificial sweeteners or flavors. It has absolutely no taste and dissolves completely and hot or cold liquids and it works.

Dissolves completely in any liquid, oatmeal, yogurt etc. so you dont even realize you are getting a dose of fiber. My digestive tract likes it.
