The bumble bee Vocabulary Builder 1-5 videos are excellent. They helped my 18-mon son to speak and read greatly. Every word is so well illustrated in the vedio! The best part of them: My son loves these videos so madly and therefoer learned words from them so quickly!!! There are about 23 words in each vedio. And the Vocabulary Builder 1-3 have 5 multilanguage that you can choose: English, French, Spanish, German, and Japanese. That is 5-in-1 that can save you lots of money. They also have other extra benefits features such as sign language and Question & answer! The Motorized Madness is also good, it has 10 machines such as airplane, bulldozer, dump truck, backhoe loader, helicopter, bucket truck, boat, motlecycle, fire truck, and bus. It also explains each part of the machine, like the wings, propellers, engine, cab... The baby bumble bee surely produce the best of the best infant and kids reading program vedios in the market--as good as Dr. Titzers Your baby can read 1-5 DVDs and Dr. Glenn Dormans How to teach your baby to read book. I love baby bumble bees Opposites, Motorize, Actions words 1-3 and vocabulary builders 1-5 the most. Highly recommended!

My son love these series and it helped him grow developmently fast. Great videos to increase your child vocabulary.

I bought this video for my 16 month old daughter who absolutely loves tapes 1 & 2. After watching tape 3 just once, I dont believe that my daughter is ready for words like bulldozer and helicopter. While there are some easier words like fish, arm and wagon, I would not recommend this level unless your child has mastered at least most of the words on levels 1 and 2. Like the earlier tapes, level 3 features great classical music, live animal shots, bright objects and friendly childrens faces to hold your childs attention, but dont be in a rush to leave tapes 1 & 2 behind.

I love this DVD series for my kids. The sound quality on this DVD only is bad.

This series of dvd,s are great.The kids love them.They actually watch them.My grand-kids used to repeat the words,now they say the words when they see the objects on the screen. My first purchase of this series was a video tape for a child I was caring for. He is autistic and was a late talker,we really enjoyed watching it together. Since then I have purchased three more for my own grand-kids and a friend. I would buy them again as gifts.

As a new mother I was keen to get it all right, and appreciating the occasional value of the distraction of TV (for us both) decided to try and make it useful and directed. This was before the Baby Einstein boom, which I really didnt and havent investigated, but found that the videos that I bought as part of this range have obviously contributed to the end result. My daughter, now 7 has grown up to be a very eloquent and intellligent little girl, and I dont believe you can start early enough. Unlike TV, these are focussed and deliberate lessons in language learning. Its all worth trying, for an early start.

I am a speech therapist for children ages birth to 3 (and also a mommy). My 15 month old has picked up so many words from this video. We also ordered the actions and opposites by this company. My baby will sometimes request the movie by making a Bzzzz sound. He can say MANY words already (my list count is in the 80s) and can imitate almost anything. I think this DVD series has been a great supplement to the language stimulation he already gets in his everyday environment.
