Beat have done it again!

Love the quality and the product. But the mic piece was loose and barely attached.

I opened the box and the headband was snapped on both sides and was flopping on both sides. I called to get a return but they would not give me one. terrible service and terrible product

I bought this product in 2019, 7 months later they are broken! The sound is horrible now I had to duct tape them back together until I could afford to buy new and better ones! If your going to spend your money don’t spend it on the name which you’re doing with beats! I just got me a pair of Bose noise canceling 700 headphones they are FAR superior to beats! Way more heavy duty I know they are going to last me a long long time!

This was my second of renew Beats headphones. They did not come with a case. If they came with the case I would’ve given it five stars.

Basically brand new, the only thing that gave away they were refurbished was because they were named “Ryan’s Beats” when trying to connect them to my other devices. They came in the box and all the cords included were unused. I have the same new beats from Apple and got these as a gift for my mom who loves them!
