He is 14 and wearing the medium size. I chose this brand because the leg holes are slanted a bit instead of straight horizontal.

Despite his getting mad at me, the large one in the pack fit my obese, adult beardie perfectly. I was so pleased with the security of it that we walked around in the yard with it. It was very easy to put on and take off; I was able to do it by myself, and quickly. I am 5 tall and it the leash seemed a little short for me so it could be uncomfortable for a taller person, however it has a great loop at the hand perfect for holding. The colorful beads also give it a nice flair.
