This fan works well, and runs quietly. Ive been using it in my garage while I work on my car, but will be using it for camping trips as well.

Compared to other camping fans, this one was too bulky/heavy to hang from the canopy of our tent and lacked the maneuverability that others offer. It has a limited range of motion and the light is not ideally placed to provide overhead lighting in a tent (if the light could be adjusted independently of moving the fan, it would be better suited for use in a tent. Because of the way it is positioned, you have to deal with the light being directed straight down and into your eyes if you also want the fan pointed towards you).

I wish it were a little bigger, but thats the worst thing I can say about this fan. This is so much larger than my first rechargeable tent fan. It has 2 separate batteries that are removable. This is great in that you can charge 1 while using the other. Its not just dead until its recharged. The light is plenty bright enough even in a large tent like mine. The fan itself will move enough air to keep even a big tent well circulated. I found a great hack too. The batteries connect to the fan through a USB-A port on the battery. So, I went on Amazon and ordered a USB-A female to USB-C female cord. I plug that cord into the fan and a USB-C cord and charger block. Now its a house fan in a too! This works great. The batteries are two 10,000mAh power banks that can be used to charge other devices. So, this is a very versatile little fan, especially if you buy that little cord for less than $10. I love being happy with a new product!

This combination fan/light is impressive! First, I am delighted that it ships with TWO rechargeable batteries. Yesterday I charged each one so that I would be prepared to start testing first thing this morning. Once the batteries are charged, you just slide one into the slot at the rear of the base. There are two buttons on the front below the fan, each bearing a simple icon. The left button controls the fan, and the right button controls the light. Each successive press increases intensity by one level until it cycles back to the off position and begins again. The light is built into the front of the carry grip and provides very good lighting for its small size. The fan moves a LOT of air without a lot of noise. The available pivoting range is also impressive. In the center of the fan is a 1.5-inch square ventilated aromatherapy compartment -- maybe citronella would repel mosquitoes (?). There is also a USB-C input port on the side that can be used to power the fan if you are not using the battery pack. The base is wide and stable, AND, there is a swiveling hanging hook on the bottom of the base if you wish to hang it rather than have it resting on its base. While I know these are primarily marketed for camping and outdoor recreation, I see a lot more uses. For several years, the air conditioning in my van wasnt working properly. Having a fan like this would have been so helpful. Sitting on my porch on a hot evening would be much nicer with this. During power outages, this would be a way to stay more comfortable. Or just improve your personal comfort in a too-hot or too-stuffy room. This is a terrific product!

I picked up this little fan for camping, and it really is very neat. The fan itself puts out a good amount of air, and you can aim it in any direction you like. The included light has three brightness settings, and the fan 3 speeds. It includes 2 rechargeable batteries, which I thought was very nice. They are rechargeable via USB, so if youre camping you can plug in to a secondary power source to charge up one while the other is in use. The battery seems to last a good long while, but so long as you have a secondary you are charging from you are good to go indefinitely. The attached hook is perfect for hanging from the top of a sturdy tent, or in your workshop at home. Id recommend this little guy for all your on-the-go fan needs!

Although it is advertised as a camping fan Im currently using this fan as a computer desk fan which is quite cool and quiet! USB-C to USB-A power source when you dont need the mobility aspect is convenient. I plan on taking this with me to the beach or throw it in the kids wagon on those hot summer days. It has a built in hook on the bottom to hang from a kids wagon or tent. The fact it comes with two 10k MAH batteries is a bonus. The batteries double as a portable battery bank with a built in LED light. Highly recommend!

This is a fantastic fan with some clever design features. The non-click swivel allows for smooth and effortless adjustment, making it easy to direct the airflow exactly where you want it. One of the standout features of this fan is the removable battery packs, which I consider to be a stroke of genius. With the option to swap out batteries, I never have to worry about running out of power, especially when Im on the go. The fan itself provides a refreshing breeze, and the adjustable speed settings ensure that I can customize the airflow to my liking. Overall, the KopBeau 20000mAh Detachable Battery Operated Portable Fan is a great choice for anyone in need of a reliable and convenient cooling solution.

Just about silent in operation. Great for camping or a silent and infinitely adjustable and directional fan at a computer or reading desk.

I got this for my emergency planning here in the South. It can get hot here (like really hot) and as part of my plan if power is lost or as a supplement to cooling the house having portable fans available is part of my survival for short term comfort (or at least tolerable). This fan has two battery sources , though as of this review I havent yet tested the longevity of the batteries. Fan has multi speed options, and different light levels. So will double as a potential light source. The batteries are actually 5V 2A power sources so instead of powering up the fan you could also use them to charge other devices. Outside of camping/survival we already have plans to use this fan/s (yes we have several) for just normal outdoor activities like sports games. Wherever I cant get cold air, I can at least get moving air and my own sweat will make my own swamp cooling effect. Highly recommend as a supplement to short term survival - emergency kit.
