I used this product to consume more vitamin d3 after weight loss surgery.

They stink. Literally.

You know the deal if vitamin capsule doesn’t dissolve then vitamin doesn’t get digested. 5 years of blood show D3 levels back in normal range in annual physical.

Just started them but I’m a bariatric patient and have used this co. before so I trust them and they were a good value.

This stuff if great. I take 10,000 IU in the am and 10,000 IU in the pm as instructed per my physician. It has made a huge difference in how I feel.

Only OTC vitamin D to actually move my levels. Even the super expensive spray didnt work, but this does.

Works well for us. Our doctor says they absorb better then regular D.
