Very good product.

Due to less time in the sun without sunscreen, we dont absorb as much Vitamin D as we need anymore. This is a great product. My Vitamin D level is always borderline, just barely at the normal level and occasionally falls below. I only take this every 3 days, and there is also Vitamin D in my calcium tablets. My D level is now hovering above normal (but not extremely high, which would be bad) and my doctor is a lot happier with my lab results. This seems to absorb better than the little gelcaps that are sold everywhere.

Just started them but I’m a bariatric patient and have used this co. before so I trust them and they were a good value.

Only OTC vitamin D to actually move my levels. Even the super expensive spray didnt work, but this does.
