It comes with 2 adhesive strips and the holder clips in to the clips on the adhesion strip . I highly recommend this !! Follow instructions on the drying part is very important !! I highly recommend !!

The only thing I dont like about it is that it does not hold the wide razors very well.

If you dont want to make holes in your wall this is the product you should get, but beware it only stick to some surfaces.

Had this for a few months. The sticky part shows no signs of peeling off. They provide 2 sticky patches but if you’re not going to ever move the holder you may as well use the second patch to suspend yourself from a skyscraper because its so strong

I purchased these along with a stick-on fogless mirror and these two are sturdy placed onto my bathtub walls. They are affordable and they are solidly convenient. Listen to the instructions and wait 24 hours prior to using these products. I will recommend this. I will update this review as needed. Regards. :)
