The bands are soft but not flimsy, and the perforations not only allow your skin to breathe under the band, but also allows for more adjustments around your wrist. The band is a little long and goes all the way to the watch face. I do love the the look of the band and the fact that it is more narrow than the original band I purchased from another source.
