I ordered this product in June, received it promptly but didn’t have my baby until 8/15. He is 6 days old and was scratching the heck out of his face. After talking to pediatrician, telling her I had a cherish file, and getting the go ahead I filed them, about a minute ago! I loved it so much I had to write a review, like now. He slept the entire time, didn’t roll or pull away, or startle, his nails are shorter, smoother, and no scary baby nail clippers (which doc said NOT to do this early anyway!) really happy with the cherish and will recommend to all of my friends who are also becoming first time mommas like I just have! His adorable little face should be scratch free, no need to mittens! Thanks!!!

This is much better than the frida baby nail clipper I have. I am now able to file my sons nails and not worry about clipping his skin and its also super quiet he stayed asleep the whole time!

I originally had the haakaa nail trimmer, which is fine, but in order to buy replacement pads, you have to buy EVERY size. And the cost of that is basically the same as buying a new trimmer. So I bought this one, since you can buy just the size replacement pads you need. Plus, this one is much quieter and feels nice in your hand. Definitely recommend!

I refused to put this type of item on my registry, opting to trim my baby’s nails the old fashioned way for 10 months. Ordered this once I got tired of that battle. It works exactly as described and she let me do all 10 fingers and toes in one sitting. Awesome product.

I always get over excited for things like these but it doesn’t impress me. I think it’s cool and I can’t even tell it’s on it’s so quiet but it doesn’t get the nails short enough. I tried to use it after clippers but i can’t reach the nail so I’m using clippers till I find something that blows me away.

This is a great product however mine stopped working out of the blue had anyone experienced that?

Package looks nice enough for the price. It came with 4 different colors for each stage. At the back of the box you have a color guide for 3 6 9 and 12 months. At first my baby was startled a bit because he didn’t expect the noise, so that’s it. He got used to it and easy to trim his nails. I use this while he awakes and he never cry when I use this on him. Would recommend for any mom who don’t feel comfortable to clip little one nails on the first year.

This is a life saver! Our son was scratching up his face in the hospital and I was able to use this right when we got home without worrying about hurting him and he slept right through it.
