I really loved this infant belt! It is super soft and has good size. I feel my daughter has become less fussy after wearing it probably because her stomach is covered well and not exposed to air or something..

The band was too big for my 10lbs baby, if they add more velcro to attach it than it can really be a one size fits all. If kept falling off they should make them in different sizes
