These are good sturdy boxes for the price! Only thing to keep in mind is that they may weigh a little more than thinner boxes, so try not to use them if you are trying to ship under a pound and trying to get cheaper shipping rates.

This is a great box. However, to no fault of the manufacturer, the interior dimensions are spot on. I bought these to deliver photo orders in 9x12 envelopes. The envelopes barely fit though, and are extremely difficult to remove without bending. I plan to buy more at a slightly bigger size to accommodate my needs better.

Do not recommend. They are extremely flimsy and packing tape does not want to stick.

So Im on my second 25-pack of the 12x9x3 boxes. It is a useful size. and the price is excellent. However, Ive found that a majority of them arent glued correctly so there is at least one corner misaligned when taping up the box. Are they sturdy and do they still work? Yes. But I felt compelled to write a review because for people that ship a lot more than I do, this could be a problem. It takes extra effort and time to try and tape this box up. They can end up looking sloppy or requiring extra tape. Ill probably keep using them because of the price, but Id say this is a 3/5 star product (or at least the ones that were sent to me). The price of this product was spot on. I finally thought that I had found the perfect shipping boxes for the large quantities of bows that I am selling during the holiday rush. I happily ordered 3 Packs! Thank god they were a great price. They do work, BUT....The major flaps do not meet on top or bottom of the boxes!!!! Even with two people pressing the box together, it is impossible to close the gap to any kind of reasonable closure. Any items in the box are visible unless you wrap the items in tissue or paper. Then the tape sticks to the tissue or paper, so when customers open their packages, they will have to deal with that presentation. I photographed the boxes, both top and bottom have the issue. Now if you use sealing tape, you are probably OK with these boxes. They are Sturdy. They arrived packaged carefully enough that the binding plastic did not damage the boxes. The size seems to be as described and works for me. It is difficult to tape them shut with the gap being so large and you can see all the way to another state through them even when they are taped closed. This was a huge disappointment for me - especially during holiday shipping rush time. I will continue to search for boxes that close completely and easily.
