AUVON TENS Unit Pads Electrode Patches with Upgraded Self-Stick Performance and Non-Irritating Design for Electrotherapy

Greater than one weekMy wife and I have been using TENS units for years, having reached the stage of life where aches and pains are an everyday issue. The pads/electrodes that came with each of the units were fine in terms of performance and as importantly, skin sensitivity issues. While its true that using the TENS with worn-out pads or at too high a setting will cause redness and itching on nearly anyone, we found that virtually all the replacement pads we tried also caused skin sensitivity even at low settings. When I saw that AMAZON is now offering a recommended pad, I ordered it immediately and was not disappointed. The pads will last for several usages without losing good adhesion, and best of all, there is no redness at all and minimum itching after use. Other replacement pads that we had tried had gooey glues that only lasted for one use, and which were a real issue with the skin. I recommend this product for anyone.

> 3 dayIts one of the best TENS unit electrode pads available on the market now, I was looking for the round small size ones but no longer available from AUVON, so got this one instead. Its larger but does the work and good quality.

> 3 dayThese pads work just as well as the original ones supplied with my TENS unit. Also they are a great value when compared to the price at a Medical Supply vendor.

> 3 dayReason for purchase: relieve pain and muscle soreness from a strained glute plus sore knees only used 2x so far so cant speak to longevity. Borrowed a similar unit which i used about 6x before ordeting this one. That Empi device did relieve pain from strained glute muscle (over zealous pickleballing) so decided to order the Auvon for myself to continue therapy. Dislike: Changing modes requires cycling thru all 24 modes. Empi model has setting presets with picture icons that are more user friendly and you can switch modes with 2 clicks. But Empi model comes at 4x the price ($178 vs $40) of this Avuon Like: quite powerful for the price; its rechargeable; small attractive compact design with digital large screen. Helpful paper Booklet to decifer meaning of and what modes to use for what ailment area. Hz frequency and wave pattern numbers are otherwise meaningless to most except enginners...

> 3 dayWorks great and love the three options it has. The only thing is putting the pads on by yourself is tricky.
