> 24 hourI had to stop getting the TENS unit done at therapy and therapy in general because I couldn’t make the payments anymore. I bought this with low expectations but I absolutely love it. It works amazing and has different settings other than intensity which I thought was awesome. I highly recommend this

> 24 hourThese devices are non-invasive and works by sending electrical pulses through the skin to stimulate nerve pathways that can reduce or stop pain. They offer a variety of pressure and stimulation modes, and the electrode pads can be placed on various parts of the body where pain and muscle relief may be necessary, including ones legs, back, shoulders, arms, muscles, and joints. Some concerns that users should be aware of before purchasing TENS units include the possibility of experiencing allergic reactions to the electrode pads, uncomfortable sensations after using the device due to the electrical stimulation, and interference with implanted devices like pacemakers and defibrillators. I deal with and experience chronic pain myself on a daily basis (which can worsen due to constant weather changes, cold weather, rain, etc.), and find that adding the use of a TENS unit along with physical activity, such as stretching and walking, helps to improve and relieve any pain I may be experiencing depending on how intense the pain could be and where it is located. The adhesion of the pads could adhere better, but I found that cleaning the area with alcohol pads prior to sticking them on your skin helps. The modes could also use some form of description along with the icons to explain what each mode does, but the manual has info on what modes work best on different parts of the body (such as mode 5 and 7 working best on knees where I experience chronic pain the most).

> 24 hourWell I love the product and the fact that it delivers powerful impulses to my muscles... The fact that it has terrible settings as far as the wavelengths of delivery. Really makes me feel that I can do better.. All I want us to consistent long wavelength of stimulation to the muscle and this one has all kinds of fancy settings that dont deliver that... It does pens and needles then massage then and abrupt shock to the muscles which is just too much... I prefer the old school. Kind that give you a long wave links consistently for as long as you use it in that session.

> 24 hourI purchased this unit after rotator cuff surgery-it worked great! It came fully charged so I didnt realize the USB cord was missing when I opened the box. When I couldnt find it later and wasnt able to purchase a compatible cord elsewhere, I contacted the company. Even though it was after 30 days, I received a response within 24 hours and had the cord a few days later. Kudos to them!

> 24 hourI was a bit skeptical at first, but this little unit works wonders on my muscle aches. My neck and shoulder areas are always really tight. I use this about 1-2X a week and it provides relief for a few days (or longer). the current is strong enough at a low setting (i used between 1-4 bars, depending on which mode its set at). The adhesion pads stick well. Would be nice if more pads were included. Overall, really pleasantly surprised at how effective it is.

> 24 hourThis thing really works!! You’ll learn to use it… at settings that serve you best with trial and error! Diffferent parts of your body want different strengths. I would suggest getting extra pads at same time. We love the longer ones. The adhesion doesnt last all that long. The rechargeable battery lasts forever! We use it probably 4-6 times a week ( between 2 of us)and it goes for weeks on one charge!!be sure to go with The wireless ! ( no plug in to use) don’t hesitate to buy this!!

> 24 hourDefinitely worth getting! I was in a car accident a few months ago, and my physical therapist used a TENS unit on me, and she recommended this one to me. I took some time to finally buy it, but I’m happy I did! It’s also nice for me to use after a long day at work to help unwind.
