    I ordered the PC, and it works fairly well. However, the computer came with the wrong OS. When I contacted the seller they informed me that it would be my responsibility to upgade the OS to the version that it was suppose to come pre-installed with. Extemely dissappointed not only do I have to go through the setup procedure multiple times (once to get into the computer and again after installing the correct OS) But I also have to download and install an entire OS onto the computer. I am very dissapointed with this fact.

    The laptop itself is great. Besides my windows 11 S mode issues (more on that soon) the only problem I have with the laptop itself is the keyboard is hard to see at some angles. The keys are silver, like the rest of the laptop, and the lettering is not very dark/ Then the light shines on it, it makes the keyboard almost impossible to see unless youre standing directly over it looking straight down.

    Except for forgetting the relative slow speed of a standard hard drive, this pc is excellent value for the price..

How to switch s mode to windows 10/11

1. On your PC running Windows 10/11 in S mode, open Settings > Update & Security > Activation.

2. In the Switch to Windows 10/11 Home or Switch to Windows 10 Pro section, select Go to the Store. (If you also see an "Upgrade your edition of Windows" section, be careful not to click the "Go to the Store" link that appears there)

3. On the Switch out of S mode (or similar) page that appears in the Microsoft Store, select the Get button. After you see a confirmation message on the page, you"ll be able to install apps from outside of the Microsoft Store
