> 3 dayGood computer for the money. However l sent an email to ASUS asking about maximum upgrade for ram and if there was a spot for an added hard drive. I was told it could be upgraded to 12GB and there is a slot to install an additional 4GB. If l wanted a larger hard drive l would have to replace the one currently installed. As you can see by the photos there is no slot to add RAM but there is a space for an additional hard drive. Even looking up the specs yourself online you are given incorrect information. I had it delivered to the Philippines and am not going to pay to send it back. It is a good computer for the price, my real issue was with ASUS not even being able to provide accurate information to upgrade. Something tells me it can probably be upgraded to 16 but have to replace the currently installed RAM.

> 3 dayThis is my second laptop from ASUS my first one I have is still working from about four years ago but that ones a ASUS ROG gaming laptop. I have finally found a laptop brand that I like and that’s durable which is why I bought this one. I’ve only had this one for a little over two months and use it for my mobile notary business as I needed something light powerful (for my notary needs) and affordable under $600. So far so good so like that way it looks and operates again I just needed something that I could use to operated my business as I do a lot of online business and need to keep track besides using my phone. The laptop is very light weight and the screen is good I put an anti-glair screen protector on mine and the display is still good even through it. It’s super quiet and the battery I’m impressed with it last between 4-6 hours on average if you’re doing some light work. If you’re looking for an affordable yet still powerful laptop look no further. I don’t have any complaints as of yet but will update if they come up.

> 3 dayThis product was working great for me but literally 12 days after purchase, it just wouldnt turn on. No charging light, nothing. It simply would not turn on. I had to return it and lost all my data because I didnt anticipate a NEW laptop just dying like that. I was never even able to figure out what the hell happened to it.

> 3 dayOk for basic tasks, office, browsing. It does not come with the HDD flex cable to add an extra 2.5 sata drive. The space and conection port is there but no cables. Many other brands provide it for the same price. With only a 250GB SSD, some people may fill this up quickly and using a cheap extra 2.5 sata SSD internally is less hasle than external drives.

> 3 dayI purchased this laptop for work use. I am a RA so I enter data regularly and usually have multiple sites and programs up running at the same time. This laptop seems to be doing the job so far. I’m hppy with my purchase and one of the reasons I choose this laptop was for its quick response time and its living up to my expectations!

30-10-2024This is definitely worth buying. considering the price range for this Laptop, this Laptop is actually powerful enough to compete with a much higher laptop price range. but of course with that being said, its not much for gaming but it can handle games a low to mid settings (depends on the game).

> 3 dayI have had many laptops over ythe years but this is by far the best. Battery life screen resolution ease of use and speed are top shelf. I cant speak about the gaming aspect Im not a gamer. Definitely recommend this computer.

> 3 dayIm not sure how helpful this review will be at this time. The computers still practically new. I bought this for my kid whos a junior in high school...thanks to COVID and on-line schooling. Shes been using it now for about 2 weeks and so far its worked flawlessly. She really likes it. Ill throw in the fact that shes also a gamer. She has abandoned both of her game consoles (she has a X-Box and a Playstation) for the computer. Its still early but so far it seems to be well constructed and powerful enough to handle all her needs from virtual zoom classes to gaming.
