Very nice machine for the price. Light, good screen res. and back lite on keyboard a good feature. I am a writer and this was the reason for purchase. I never used it yet for gaming but for my needs it is powerful enough and fast enough. It was in S mode but I changed that. I recommend so far.

Asked for Windows 10 and got windows 11, which is evben worse than I imagined. Complete garbage, and many custom attempts are blocked, causing user to use Microsoft Edge, which is also garbage.

Excelente compra, se siente premium y de buena calidad, llevo usándolo dos semanas y no me ha decepcionado, estudio programación y me es muy útil para correr varios programas que consumen muchos recursos al mismo tiempo se notan las 12gb, me encanta la sensación del teclado y que sea retroiluminado, su sensor de huella dactilar de las más rápidas, lo único que no me gusta del todo es su cámara de ahí en fuera lo recomiendo. 9/10

When I received my ASUS, I was so excited. It was beautiful. Easy to set up, and loved the backlit keys. At the end of a week and a half the screen went completely black, and stayed that way. had to return it. I was so disappointed.

Hours and hours and hours on the phone with customer service...the 30 day window had closed to return this to Amazon because I had been out of the country.

I had no experience with Asus before and I wanted a solid laptop for a good value. This laptop is AMAZING. I have had it for like six months now and I have ZERO complaints. It is fast, has good fingerprint recognition for password protection, a nice backlit keyboard, and has a really good battery. I HIGHLY recommend this laptop.
