This is nice! This is cool! Son loves it. I don’t know what some people are getting their panties in a twist about the fan. Yes you hear it but it’s not like a jet engine hitting mock 3. One thing though, it does get the hot air out. I can feel it coming out. The 17.3 screen is awesome and my son had a huge smile. Upgradable too. So many gaming lap tops, so many prices and specs to drive you crazy. This is a good starting point with good reviews.

First, let me say that I have the version with the 1650Ti, not the 3050. Mine also includes the Webcam, full RGB keyboard, and num pad. There is a slim version that does not have this.

Computer was running perfectly, Win11 upgrade installed. GPU died. Tried Updating Drivers, uninstall/reinstall, bios, unable to solve the issue. Called customer support and they literally asked me if i turned it off and back on, after i explained what I have done to try to salve the issue. The newest Nvidia experience driver update Version 516.40 dated 6/15/2022 started my GPU back up and then the problem reoccurred 2 days later. Went through all the steps above again and even reinstalled the newest driver and yet still done. The picture that shows the nvlddmkm.sys is what shows as the issue when I get blue screened.

This is overall an excellent entry level gaming laptop. The main reason for the 3-star rating is because *not* all versions of the F17 support an additional 2.5 SATA, which includes my recently purchased FX706HEB. Unfortunately, the description doesnt make this readily apparent.

it is really smooth to play videogames in it, I really love it. I wasnt expecting to much for the price, but it is a really good gaming laptop. It is a must for every gamer who is looking for a cheap gaming laptop. You wont regret it!!!
