I bought this laptop for my wife as a gift. It worked fine for a month, then started having several hard crashes several times today. Were now on our third RMA to ASUS with little hope theyll actually fix it. Weve shared the contents of our Windows crash log and the first time, they claim there was no issue. The second time, they replaced the hard drive and thought that fixed the problem. We had another hard crash five minutes after booting it back up, and again while we were on ASUS chat support. I dont think I will ever order another ASUS product again.

I bought this laptop about 2 months ago and it’s been amazing! First the size is perfect portable and sturdy! Second the CPU/ graphic card is good enough to play any game I want! The RGB keyboard is LIT! The color pattern is so bright and amazing! Finally this dang 144Hz monitor is to die for! My husband is soooo jealous haha I literally could never use anything less it seems so laggy! Honestly great deal for everything this baby has got going for it- JUST BUY IT

Laptop is great. Sturdy. What I was looking for.. EXCEPT.. Only one SSD slot. Ad is clearly unclear. Wasted money on a 2nd SSD as I bought them at the same time assuming it had an extra slot.. Disappointed when I opened it up. Poorly done ads on this one.

Ive had it for over a month now and was waiting to leave a review. Very satisfied with it (got the AMD CPU version). I can play all the games I want, some of them are AAA latest titles (had to lower graphics settings to medium for a steady FPS) but overall Im impressed. Im using a neat cooling pad so overheating has not been an issue so far. Thinking of upgrading RAM and SSD though. But overall I strongly recommend this laptop.

Me fue terriblemente mal con este equipo, el equipo es potente y tiene buena duración de batería, pero alos 20 dias de uso, comenzaron a aparecer unas lineas horizontales en la parte superior las cuales se fueron intensificando, ahora aparecen las lineas junto con un parpadeo que hacen imposible utilizar el equipo.

the latop delivers in what it promises for the price, dont have any complaints, i cant comment on recent AAA games as i dont play recent games that much, runs pretty smooth and doesnt overheat when i push it, overall a good laptop.

Great laptop for everyday use and good for gaming. Pick up an 8GB stick of RAM for $30 and youre good to go. Theres an open slot for it.

Overall I am happy with the machines performance, but very disappointed with the misleading information about additional storage capability. I bought this machine to replace an 8 year old ASUS laptop. (I am a big fan of ASUS and have had many ASUS laptops and tablets over the years) I am not a gamer, but I do a lot of digital photography and a fair amount of Excel spreadsheet work, so I wanted a relatively fast machine with expandable storage. This machine came with 8GM memory and 512GB drive and I wanted to expand both the memory and the drive size. In the description of this machine it says there are expansion slots for memory and NVMe and hhd/ssd disks expansion slots. So conceivable you could bring the machine up to 64GB of memory and 6TB of storage. So I also bought a 2TB M.2 NVME drive and 2 16GB memory sticks to upgrade the machine based on the description as provided on the amazon description page. In reality my machine had the two memory slots as described, but the second NVMe slot was not in this machine, in addition the HHD/SSD bay had a disk tray, but no connector on the motherboard. Therefore, no additional internal disks could be added. So I now am in the process of replacing the 512GB NVMe drive with the 2TB drive, I am very disappointed in ASUS and Amazon for misrepresenting the capabilities of this machine.
