The keyboard is defective. Every time I press P key it gets stuck. The battery status sometimes drops suddenly (e.g. from 100% to 80% in just a second). I requested a return days ago, but the UPS is not coming to collect it, and the only return option they provide is UPS pickup, which sucks.

I bought this laptop on the 3rd of April and got it on the 11th even though tis only been 2 days i can tell a few things, any expectations you have of this laptop regarding gaming will be met and some more This beauty will give you frames like you havent seen before( i came from a gtx 1060 and i7 8th gen) and the battery life not so sure but when connected to an external display will be 2 hours and 40 minutes but on its own it will probably be double that for a gaming rig this will rival quite a few desktops highly recommend now the flaws when on turbos this sounds like a jet (i mean it) and 1 more flaw i have a 165 hz external monitor and when connected to it the laptop couldnt only support 120 hz i got it checked and the fault was in the laptop nonetheless this is still a great buy

Amazing laptop for gaming and work. It’s fast and responsive and the new Windows 11 is amazing for productivity. The new interface is much easier and cleaner to work with. The camera is not amazing but for work it’s decent that it gets the job done. The price to performance per buck makes this laptop a steal to buy. This is a solid recommendation for anyone and to young people such as college students.

Great product

This is the best laptop within this budget. Super smooth, fast and low noise. Asus is also giving warranty extension of 90 days for giving feedback of the laptop. That’s great!

Laptop looks great and is super fast. Only issue is while playing a game it would over heat really bad. Top of the computer would get to hot to touch. I even purchased a cooling fan for it and still would get the same way. Would’ve kept the laptop if this issue didn’t come about.

Its pretty good, especially if you can get it for sub $1,150. Has some annoying caveats to its otherwise great specsheet.
