Packaging was OK, as the other reviewer mentioned, ASUS packaging was 10/10 but Amazons was 1/10, box had a lot of dents and such. The Laptop is great and can play anything you through at it however, the Optimus software used that switches between the 4080 GPU and the Internal GPU is faulty. Sometimes the Laptop will crash with a blue screen during gaming. Other times the Laptop boots up and immediately freezes with no remedy other than force power shutting it down. Ive installed the latest drivers, reinstalled drivers, reinstalled windows, etc. I ultimately disabled the 4080 GPU/Internal GPU Optimus switching and that helped. ASUS Support is no help, they point you to support articles that dont really assist. Seems to be a big problem with these model laptops.
