> 3 dayFirst and foremost- we mainly use Macs/Apple but a few of our family members game frequently (which is definitely not something Apples are known for being any good at) and my husband is an Android/Windows developer, so we have several Windows machines around, including one he built specifically for gaming last year. So while Im an Apple expert of sorts, Windows boxes are still a bit foreign to me.

Greater than one weekSummary: My current desktop is an older Dell XPS 8920 from 2017, which has a i7-7700 processor. Its still decently fast running Windows 10 Home. I havent had a dedicated gaming machine before, so I am very sure that this i9-12900 with the GeForce RTX 3070 Ti card is going to be insanely fast! The last laptop we bought was a 13-inch MacBook back in August 2020.

> 3 dayIve been using Asus products for years to be fair to the brand. However, my experience with this laptop is that after just longer than two months Im working with Asus support to have it fixed. Its been a pain since I got it with the I/O acting up. Today the laptop shut off randomly when plugging in monitors to the thunderbolt and USBC and they are dead.

> 3 dayI love this computer and had the best time playing Star Wars, Battle Front II. The only downside is having to use an external camera. With having to use an external camera, I have trouble using my bluetooth microphone for conference calls/or skype/etc.

Greater than one weekWhile the performance is great, it is very unstable and lacks many features.

> 3 dayI recently found myself in life where I needed a laptop more then using my gaming desktop. I had a nice higher end system and was scared to make the jump to a laptop, but let me just say, this blew expectations away.

> 3 dayThis is a big step up especially coming from a desktop that had a 1050 ti graphics card.
