These are absolute garbage. They barely fit my head and wouldnt play sound no matter what I tried. I followed the instructions to a tee and they still didnt play sound. Returned in less than 24 hours they were so bad Dont waste your money and get a better set

Buyed the headset 3 months ago and it broke yesterday , the only way you may get a replacement for it is filling an RMA with Asus and do all that paperwork they ask you to fill which i think is useless just to get a new mic , compared to other brands that sell the parts separated or they just give you another one if its on warranty.

En general el producto está bien. La calidad del sonido y los micrófonos son buenos, pero siento que no está echo para usarlo en periodos de tiempo prolongados. Llegan a ser molestosos y más si usas lentes, en días calurosos igual son incómodos y de lo que veo no se puede cambiar de almohadillas.

Muy buenos audífonos, son fáciles de conectar y rl cable de 3.5 mm permite conectarlos directamente con mi celular, el sonido es claro y son muy cómodos de usar incluso por varias horas gracias a que son muy ligeros.

La verdad es que para el precio esperaba mucho mas del producto.

I bought these because I found an open-box deal that was a fraction of the price and I liked the way they look. Ended up receiving a brand new set and couldnt be happier. Battery life is long, I love the removable mic, look great and sound relatively good for a gaming headset. In comparison, the sound quality is much better than my Arctis Pros (w/o DAC), TB 600s, Corsair Void Elite and Virtuoso and they are light enough to wear all day which quickly became my go-to headset. The audio software is embedded in Armory Crate which is a huge plus and was relatively extensive compared to other headsets. Works on 2.4ghz wireless for lossless gaming audio, audio jack as well as USB-C for the best connection. Straight out of the box it does not have spacial sound but once I used my Dolby Atmos account I was able to have directional audio cues for gaming. After activating i noticed Armory Crate has a spacial sound option that was not checked. I cannot guarantee that it works on 2.4 but it definitely has it and is at least capable of wireless 2.4 spacial using Dolby, which is huge to me. As an audiophile, I have yet to find premium sound on a gaming headset but these are better than most Ive heard so far. Comes with USB-C, audio jack, carrying case and mic amd for the price I couldnt be more satisfied with the purchase. Even at full price they are a good deal, Im just frugal and patient.
