the laptop is a great one for gaming, could use a update on ram but i guess that depends on what youre using it for... i do use this for online school however the battery life isnt great its not really meant for school obviously. other than that its a really good computer!

Its a nice and powerful laptop for only a grand. I would just strongly recommend buying a cooling pad because even for a soft demanding game like Rocket League, I would average around 80°C and often hit 90°C and settle aroind 85°C after 30 minutes of playtime

Me ha dado sustos porque me ha fallado en ocasiones con el wifi y pues la batería no dura mucho pero eso lo esperaba pues es una gamer... eso si dura más que otras que conozco y hay juegos que piden requerimientos pequeños y aun así no entiendo como es que se ven o se sienten mal como si no tuviera la capacidad de correr esos juegos... o es algo que aun no le encuentro co.o configurar

decent specs, works well. Runs Genshin Impact very well for my kiddo who I bought it for. they have no complaints

I was pretty skeptical of buying this at first due to some reviews saying they encountered black screen and the packing had no support in the box for transit purposes. I purchased this as a gift but opened it to make sure everything was working so no comment on battery life and performance just yet. Although there was no bubble wrap in the box, everything arrived in perfect condition. Just from the initial start up setup everything was very sharp and seem extremely good for graphics when it comes to the actual gaming. I’m very happy with this laptop and know it will exceed my expectations. :)

Purchased in Jan 2022. The screen just stopped working 6 months later. Moneys been tight so we just went to Best Buy Geek Squad and they said we are SOL and have to get a new one. 10/10 do not recommend buying.

Was playing a game on my laptop when it randomly crashed to a blue screen (blue screen of death). I’m not sure if something is corrupted or if there’s a problem with windows but after the crash it performed an auto reset. Now the laptop is stuck in a reset loop, installs to 63% resets, rinse and repeat. Tried safe boot/startup, can’t. Tried shift F10 method. Nothing. Don’t know what to do.

Originally bought this laptop for my wife so we could game together ! It works great and she loves it . We have owned it now for a few months and still loving it . Personally me I think I couldve had better graphics but someone coming from xbox or playstation to this laptop is a wayyy better experience. Really just need 16gb of ram for nowadays games but I run halo infinite at 30fps WITHOUT CHARGER and I think it looks just fine ! I just know the ram would speed up load times and all. If your like me buy this laptop upgrade the ram and your good to game for next few years !
