Was playing a game on my laptop when it randomly crashed to a blue screen (blue screen of death). I’m not sure if something is corrupted or if there’s a problem with windows but after the crash it performed an auto reset. Now the laptop is stuck in a reset loop, installs to 63% resets, rinse and repeat. Tried safe boot/startup, can’t. Tried shift F10 method. Nothing. Don’t know what to do.

Originally bought this laptop for my wife so we could game together ! It works great and she loves it . We have owned it now for a few months and still loving it . Personally me I think I couldve had better graphics but someone coming from xbox or playstation to this laptop is a wayyy better experience. Really just need 16gb of ram for nowadays games but I run halo infinite at 30fps WITHOUT CHARGER and I think it looks just fine ! I just know the ram would speed up load times and all. If your like me buy this laptop upgrade the ram and your good to game for next few years !

The item showed up perfect condition. The presentation is nice .. opening the box and it raises the laptop out to you. The screen is crisp, and runs most AAA titles at High/Ultra 60+ fps. The RoG series can have a boot up noise that may make you jump, you can disable this with armory crate later. For a little laptop, the sound is great coming from dolby encoders, and wifi6 can let you stream right to this laptop from your desktop to play any very intense games. If you can find any thing to complain about, the fans can be a little loud, that is expected on gaming laptops. The chipset drivers also control the ethernet, if you have trouble connecting on Wifi to start, connect first with ethernet and update your chipset drivers.

decent specs, works well. Runs Genshin Impact very well for my kiddo who I bought it for. they have no complaints

I really appreciate this computer as a gaming device. The display is awesome and its way more powerful than I would expect for under $1k. Demanding games run great on medium to high settings, and its usable for VR.

Hasta el momento me ha parecido excelente producto. El modo silencioso es muy bueno y solo cuando juego a mas de 120 FPS se nota consume entre 30% y 50% de la GPU dedicada. Muy buena refrigeración, en cuantos la batería aún es muy temprano para dar mi opinión, pero se ha comportado muy bien.

I would stay away from this machine. Had the laptop for 10min. And it crashed to blue error screen. Gets hot over Heats and freezes all the time, with in minutes of booty up. I got this to be a video editing machine. It has never been connected to the internet, and uts still buggy as hell. Have to do hard resets constantly. Not worth the money. Stay far far away from this machine.

I purchased this laptop to upgrade to a laptop that can run most 64bit operating systems. I recently bought the 2021 model for my wife. One of the reasons I got this Laptop for her was, I presently own a 2019 ASUS ROG gaming laptop myself. I stuck a second NVME 1TB drive and a 16GB stick of RAM into this laptop.
