Greater than one weekSo some reviews I had read before buying this laptop tended to complain about the Fingerprint recognizer and fans.

09-11-2024So far this has been a great laptop. I do have a minor complaint about not having the camera installed though, but not a big deal.

> 3 dayBought this laptop on June 2021. It stopped working about 2 months ago. I had it brought to two computer repair shops and I was told by both that the motherboard is dead. This laptop has been cared for and never dropped. I called Asus Support and was told that this laptop only has a 1-year warranty and that they wont be able to do anything about it. The computer repair shop quoted me $1200 to repair it as the motherboard costs almost $1000.

Greater than one weekOculus does not support this laptop. If you buy this thinking you will be able to play VR games with your Oculus headset, you will be sorely mistaken! I have run into nothing but headaches with this laptop. It even has trouble running certain Ray Tracing software like the Quake 2 RTX demo.

> 3 dayThis laptop has a faulty wireless adapter. I have been on the phone for hours. Their chat refers you to BestBuy GeekSquad. I took it Best Buy and then contacted BestBuy online just to make sure it wasnt a mistake. BestBuy isnt going to help if you bought it from Amazon. I may end up returning this just because I cant get support. Sure, I could probably buy an external wireless card but what about the next time I need something.
