For those of you who are aware of the Arduino.cc/Arduino.org fork, this high-quality item appears to me to be made in Italy by the Arduino.org folks - a spin-off of the original Arduino.cc community. I am not sure how much if any of the revenue from the sale of these items makes it way back to the creators and maintainers of the original product.

> 24 hourIve enjoyed my Arduino Uno. Its helped me break into learning electronics and refreshing my programming skills. So far I have done simple projects such as controlling RGB LEDs, detecting the presence of water, and taking temperature readings. The Arduino IDE is easy to use and the community is helpful.
