Arctic Silver 5 AS5-3.5G Thermal Paste

After reading other reviews I decided to use Arctic Silver 5 and I was not disappointed - the reviews were spot on. I used this on a Dell Inspiron AMD dual core (3Ghz 65w) to quad core upgrade (3Ghz 95w) and with zero burn-in time the temperature remained the same (not expected). I dont know what Dell uses (milky white) but the Arctic (gray) compound works great -> 79-85F all CPUs idling, and 104-120F under 60-75% load all CPUs. I dont assume the temperature could get lower after burn-in but it may. Of course any installation could be botched and your result may differ!

Wouldnt use any other paste.

If you care about your hardware you will use this heat paste. Works great.

Went On in a snap expected the stick to be bigger but then again ive never used these things physically before but worked just fine :) would recommend this to other people

Actually used this to make my gloves into eGloves. Saw a lifehack how-to and executed the plan with this product. It worked on my wifes galaxy, but didnt work on my iPhone, however, my phone has a Zagg screen protector which may have had something to do with it. Just make sure to let the gloves dry overnight, otherwise it will just make a mess.

Good stuff. Extremely effective when used on my overclocked AMD FX-8320 + Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO. Im happy with it.

Its thermal paste and it works.
