Upon inspection, the reason for the high temperature was obvious. The original thermal paste was dried. It had to be scrapped with an Exacto knife and cleaned with rubbing alcohol.

> 24 hourAffordable and works. If you want standard thermal paste thats reliable and works just get this. Your money is better off being saved for a graphics card. Dont be spending more on thermal paste. Unless youre building a computer every day this stuff will last you years.
