Greater than one weekKeeps my CPU nice and cool, use this and Noctua Thermal paste, tried a cheaper brand years ago and it def made trhe CPU ran hotter by a few C, also went crusty as hell when I removed the cooler a few months later, never had that issue with this or the Noctua stuff.
