My charger cable broke & the metal part that plugs into the phone is stuck in the phone.! It happened to 3 of the cables

I will try to update as time elapses but upon opening, I really like them. I have the black and white/silver. It appears to be a reflective material. Very long cord, which is ideal. I have been charging my phone with it and I haven’t gotten any error or device messages. I like how it is Apple Mi-Fi certified.

We needed longer cables to get to outlets near our bedsides. These ten foot cables were perfect. We have been using them for a few weeks now with no issues at all. Kids use them and are usually harder on the cables than adults. No problem with them charging their devices. Great purchase!
