Got for my nephew and it works great. I had my oldest son image it from the old iPad and my nephew loves it. No contact with company or support because there was no need. This worked great from the get go and is still going strong.

Fantastic! Came earlier than expected and had only 1 minor scratch in the back. The rest worked like it should. The only thing that ruined that last star was that the Charger cable it brings with is absolutely faulty (It brought the correct Charger Box though). Unlike a lot of people, the faulty charger cable was able to charge the iPod Pro up to 3 before going haywire. I immediately switched to my official Apple cable and it worked wonderfully. If you are thinking to buy this product, go for it, but also dont forget to buy an official Apple Charger cable.

Up to now, im satisfied with the product, except for the battery, the recharge doesnt last as long as i tought. I dont think i cant use it for 10 hours in a row. For the rest, everthing is good. If you pay an extra for delivery, make you are at home for the delivery or the store is open when you want to pick it up. Im my case, the store hours didnt match my work schedule, so i paid for nothing, because i had to wait a few days to pick it up. Amazon should verify those details. Nothing to do with the reseller.

mine came in with a case AND screen protector haha. lucky lucky

Looked nice to be refurbished. Only issue was that it was reset but had a set passcode. Luckily enough I was smart enough to reset it again.
