It took a while to adapt to facial recognition. And I still miss being able to use my thumb or fingers to access my apps but I DO LOVE the speed at which it downloads and it’s clarity. I’m ver pleased with my iPad Pro!

Wi-Fi only tablet will not connect to Wi-Fi, probably because delivery driver through the package since it wasn’t marked fragile

My first one would not charge so they sent me a new charging cord. Still didn’t charge. They sent me a new iPad it was a dud it didn’t charge either. So I returned it . It took 6 weeks and many many phone calls to get my refund. I got another iPad like the first bought in February. In the first week of March it quit working. It will not change screens. This is an expensive piece of junk.
