this is a refurb 32 GB iPad, but 28 GB is taken up by Safari and cant be removed??? that really makes me mad. unusable for media storage

I’ve purchased two of these for my kids and decent, protective cases to protect them. Both of them have begun to bend in the middle, absurdly. One of them actually cracked the screen inside the case, even though it wasn’t dropped or mishandled. I don’t know if this is a trait of this model or what. I bought them both and they’ve lasted about a year before the bending started. It’s perplexing. Disappointed.
