Only thing I really dislike about this purchase is the charger. Charger came out fake and broken!

Excellent Buy, arrive in good time . Performing great and looks like. I use this for work and an exceptional buy , I would have no hesitation in returning to this seller for other items.

Just spent an hour with Apple customer support. They ran diagnostics and concluded that there was a hardware problem, which means we cannot connect the apple pencil. the pencil connects to another iPad we have, so its not the pencil. we will return it and wont go down the refurbished route again.

The iPad DID NOT come with a charger. This was hopefully a mistake and will be remedied???

I love this tablet it has really good battery life and it’s easy to use.

Ipad is great. The only thing is charger that it came with did not charge the tablet. i had to order a separate one.
