Charger in box with cable. Minor scratches. No complain for an acceptable condition!

Didn’t came with original charger and when i ordered it shows cellular + wifi but no cellular

The back Camera is not functional, half the screen is black. The back of the Ipad also has a a pretty bad dent. very disappointed!
