Couldn’t be happier with this product. I use it for my special needs child and it’s durable and easy to use

Had to return the product because the battery wouldn’t hold a charge

Was worried about purchasing a refurbed unit, however, it has been great. Just seems to lose battery power at a slightly faster-than-normal rate.

Great deal for the money. It arrived in perfect condition.

The charging port on the IPad was damaged and it would not charge without alot of manipulation of the charging cable. But a quick email resulted in a speedy, easy complete return process with refund. With refurbished items its always a gamble, but my experience with returns to Amazon has always been very positive. Thats why I prefer to get electronics items especially from Amazon. I was able to purchase another refurbished IPad after this return, and it looks brand new and works flawlessly.

Bought it for my daughter, she says it is her new favorite thing.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from a refurbished product. So far...so good. It’s been a week.

I had high hopes for this, but sadly mine arrived with a defect. Screen is compromised and iPad is unusable. I am returning for a refund.

So far, so good. I have only had the iPad for 4 days.
