> 3 dayReceived yesterday and returned the next day. Old Apple ID was still on device, couldnt do anything with it. Will buy new next time and not have to try to get it to work. Am surprised they dont reset everything on the device before sending out to a new customer.

Greater than one weekThe product was very good. It was refurbished, works great, no scratches, I absolutely love it! However, I was supposed to receive accessories with it. Should be a charger plug-in and I did not receive any accessory as indicated I would in the description. I had to go purchase a one because I was leaving for a business trip the next day.
