> 24 hourThese bands are nice. In the hot weather it sticks to you but I guess that’s expected. Does have a little bit of airflow compared to the band that comes with the watch. I like the color choices. Wish more choices with white. Overall I’m happy with them.

It is easy to get your time, heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen level, temperature, footsteps, exercise records, etc. The only problem I have is recording my sleep records since I don’t go to bed at the same time each night. Working with the “Da Fit” app is fairly easy. The battery lasts about 2 days before needing to be recharged. It also has a breathing app which times your in and out breaths to help you relax while breathing deeper and timing your inhale and exhale. I like this feature. It would be helpful to have a better manuel showing you how the watch and app work together.
