Aobelieve Flexible Mount for VAVA Baby Monitor and Hipp Baby Monitor

I was excited about this product sheet reading many positive reviews and wanting an alternative to wall mounting. The idea is great, flexible, attach it anywhere, Lots of flexibility in positioning. But in practice, its not great. It takes quite a bit of finagling to get the flexible arm positioned to stand upright from the weight of the camera. It just slips and falls over. Once you get it tightened in a way that counterbalances the camera, pray it stays. If it does, thats great. Then pray your camera stays attached to the mount that you so carefully positioned, or else you start all over again. My camera falls off the mount with the slightest touch. As long as you can get it positioned and guarantee no slight breeze, youre golden.

Was a little worried how well this would work, considering the camera isn’t super light. This mount is great and works as it should! It’s easy to take off and move around if needed.

Needed to hang our monitor given spacing. This is a great non-permanent solution. Works great with VAVA

I didnt realize when I selected this product for review that it a mount only, and you dont get a monitor. Ive never seen just a baby monitor mount offered for sale and the product page has it pictured with the monitor so I thought it was a complete package. Its not. I dont have a VAVA baby monitor so I cant rate how well the mount works. The mount seems to be solidly constructed.

I like this product, but it was difficult to get the camera to sit upright. You really have to work the cord (which I feel like could happen with almost any kind).

We absolutely love this holder for our Vava monitor. It wraps around the crib and poses no falling risk to our baby. It’s very well secure with the way I have it wrapped. We were originally only able to place the monitor on a shelf high above the crib, but it was still a bit too far away to clearly see our baby. He just started rolling to sleep on his belly so now I’m able to clearly see him up close and even see him breathing which is so reassuring. Highly recommend this holder if you have the Vava monitor!

Perfect holder for our VAVA baby monitor; we have used this for over 7 months and have had no issues thus far. Its been working great for us!

The mount doesn’t hold the camera well and it’s a bit tricky to position it.

I searched all over the place for this product and I found it. It is the perfect fit for my Vava baby monitor! Highly recommended!

I love the idea of not having to mount the baby cam to the wall or hang up a shelf...I love a tool free solution so I was very excited about trying this out. It didn’t come with any directions but was pretty self explanatory (minus the two zip ties...I wasn’t sure that they were needed for and I didn’t use them). I was able to very easily wrap this around the crib and attach my vava camera. I wrapped it very right but I still think a larger baby could knock it over. And Once baby is big enough to stand in his crib this may no longer be useful as he could potentially reach it/knock camera off but it’ll work for my newborn! When placing this don’t attach the camera base to the arm until the arm is in place...doesn’t fit through the slats on my crib anyways. Also the part of the base with the lip is the front which I didn’t know the first try so I had to unravel and redo mine. Overall if you’re handy I’d say mount it yourself it’ll be safer and longer term solution. If you’re not handy and need a quick fix for your newborn this will suit your short term needs.
