Broken wheel on my first trip with the bag.

Very cheap and falls over if you’re not holding it upright

I had bought this just prior to traveling and it held up for a week of travel. I was very happy with it.

This suitcase is smaller than my old 24 inch suitcase. I ordered thi size thinking it would be bigger.

Its sturdy, great durable material, alot of room inside, the wheels move as they should at present..this was the 1st trip with this suitcase so hoping for many more..

I like the size of the suitcase. The problem is that we used it once and the outside zipper broke.

The suitcase fell apart . We went to New York on Friday and came back today and one of the wheels came off and one of the zippers broke . Definitely thought it would last longer than 1 trip . Won’t buy it again

The wheels collapse as you pull the luggage. It has happened to two of the suitcases so far, very disappointed in the performance of the spinner wheels.

Appearance is fine. Performance is not. Delivery was timely. Handle feels loose and wiggly when pulled up. Falls forward when you hook another item ( like a backpack or tote) on top. Overall , cheaply made.
